The hotel was what I loved during the weekend. The venue was modern and wonderful, but I stayed for 2 nights only. Every staff member was very-very nice. Location: the hotel was just off all bars and restaurants, Downtown of Grand Rapids and walking distance of restaurants. It also was so close to everything👍

The place is clean. the room is beautiful. - the staff is amicable. - the location is great and ideal, with a 15-minute walk to Spectrum Theater. - the hotel is close to restaurants, stores, Van Andel Arena, and multiple other bars and venues.

The unit was clean and beautiful, equipped with tea and coffee making facilities, and a refrigerator. the location was marvelous and cozy, situated in a very nice area close to various bars, venues, and restaurants.

The room was extremely spacious and had an excellent view of the city. Had clean amenities.

it was a really comfortable experience. we had a spacious room with beautiful bathroom, that's big plus. the staff was responsive and provided friendly services. meals were outstanding, and there was divani near the hotel.

The staff we met were kind of rude.

I was really impressed by this hotel! The location was fantastic and made it really easy to explore the area. The staff were super friendly and helpful, which made me feel really welcome. The room itself was really comfy and clean, which really added to my overall experience. I also loved the little touches like fresh towels and toiletries, and the air conditioning worked really well which was especially great in the heat.

All in all, I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay here.

Lovely rooms with clean modern lines and plenty of surfaces, beautiful bathroom and excellent shower. Helpful and friendly staff. Fun atmosphere at the bar with great music and drinks. Beautiful facilities, amazing city views.

Undertrained staff!

The room at AC Hotel By Marriott was very modernly designed, creating a stylish and contemporary atmosphere. The evening staff at check-in were friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome.

One issue that I encountered during my stay was with the air conditioning. The trane A/C would continuously drop and raise the temperature every 30 minutes, making it uncomfortable and difficult to sleep throughout the night.

Great location, clean and friendly staff! The hotel offered a very nice bar with delicious Starbucks coffee. Just a short walk away, we found various excellent restaurants and stores to explore.

It seems like they overcharged us for everything! We paid too much for parking and were charged extra for a couple of small snack bars at breakfast, which wasn’t even available.

Excellent location, modern & clean room, helpful staff, close to parking, walking distance to attractions.
